Privacy Policy

Business information you submit for a listing (name, address, phone, website, description, logo, photos), your account email, form submissions including how you found us, payment records handled by Stripe (we never store card numbers), and usage data such as page views, clicks on listing buttons, badge impressions, referring sites, and approximate location from IP address.

To publish and manage listings, process subscriptions, detect badge installations, report listing performance to you, review submissions for quality, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your listing and related marketing services. Business listing details are public by design.

Service providers we use to run the directory: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and our CRM and messaging platform for text and email communication. We do not sell personal information.

Edit or remove your listing from your dashboard, opt out of marketing messages via the link in any email or by replying STOP to texts, and request deletion of your account by emailing web@lawnandlandmarketing.com.

Cookies we set without asking are the ones the site cannot work without: your sign-in session, which directory you are browsing, and a record of the choice you make below. We set no advertising cookies.

We count page views, profile views, clicks on a listing's website and phone buttons, and badge impressions. That counting is our own. It sets no cookie, and instead of storing your IP address or browser details we combine them into a short one-way fingerprint that cannot be turned back into either. Listing owners see totals for their own listing and nothing that identifies a visitor. None of it is shared with anyone else.

Anything that would let another company observe your visit, including Google Analytics and our host's visitor analytics, loads only if you agree when asked. Decline and none of it runs. You can change your answer at any time through the “Cookie choices” link in the footer, and we ask again every six months.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a decline, and you will not be asked.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. No third-party analytics or advertising technology runs on this site before you agree to it.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, and you will not be treated differently for asking. Email web@lawnandlandmarketing.com and tell us what you want; we will verify who you are before acting.
