Privacy Policy

Business information you submit for a listing (name, address, phone, website, description, logo, photos), your account email, form submissions including how you found us, payment records handled by Stripe (we never store card numbers), and usage data such as page views, clicks on listing buttons, badge impressions, referring sites, and approximate location from IP address.

To publish and manage listings, process subscriptions, detect badge installations, report listing performance to you, review submissions for quality, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your listing and related marketing services. Business listing details are public by design.

Service providers we use to run the directory: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and our CRM and messaging platform for text and email communication. We do not sell personal information.

Edit or remove your listing from your dashboard, opt out of marketing messages via the link in any email or by replying STOP to texts, and request deletion of your account by emailing web@lawnandlandmarketing.com.

We use cookies only for sign-in sessions and to remember which directory you're browsing. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
